I thought the course was great. The size of the group was perfect and it did completely change my views on childbirth. I went from ‘give me all the drugs’ to ‘i can breathe and visualise my way naturally through the birth of my baby’. it was totally relaxing and completely took the stress out of what can be a very daunting event. We’ll definitely be recommending you to more friends. The venue is also great and in the perfect location for us. 
 
Not only did it help me but Ivan too – he was always so relaxed after leaving your classes. I just wish you offered some sort of hypno-for-life classes. I could really do with having those scripts read to me every week!!
