Welcome to Berry & Bloom, the official site for Katrina Berry

Mindfulness Based Cognitive Hypnotherapist, hypnobirthing, mindfulness and meditation teacher, sound and aroma therapist.

I support people navigating and creating change in their lives.

Through pregnancy and birth, grief and loss, stress, anxiety or depression, strengthening confidence, cultivating positivity and resilience or being more present to the challenges and joys in life.

I left a hugely successful career in the music industry in 2008, suffering with severe depression and anxiety. Through my own healing journey, intensive training and years of experience supporting thousands of clients, I am skilled in tailoring support to whomever I work with.

I work privately 1:1, with couples and with small groups, offering a combination of clinical hypnotherapy, mindfulness based cognitive therapy (MBCT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), sound therapy and aromatherapy.

I am author of “Why Hypnobirthing Matters” and I’ve supported thousands of expectant parents welcoming babies into the world calmly, confidently and joyously with hypnobirthing+ (a unique blend of hypnosis, mindfulness and CBT for pregnancy and birth).

Alongside a private counselling practice, I host group and private mindfulness courses, community sound baths and private sound therapy sessions.
