Sunday Morning Sound – Deep Winter
£25.00
Sunday Morning Sound – Deep Winter
Sunday 17 January · 10am–12pm
Seagrave Memorial Hall, LE12 7LU
January can be a strange space in the year.
The excitement and intensity of the festive season has passed, but spring is still a long way off. The days are short, the landscape quiet, and nature is asking for something very different from the constant momentum of modern life.
This Sunday morning is an invitation to honour that.
Come for a longer sound journey devoted to rest, nourishment and replenishment. There is nowhere you need to get to and nothing you need to achieve. Just two hours to step out of the noise of everyday life and give your body and mind some genuinely spacious time.

We’ll settle gently before moving into an extended live therapeutic sound journey with gongs, bowls, monolina, chimes and other therapeutic instruments, allowing the sound to ebb and flow around you while you rest.
And afterwards, there is no immediate rush back into the world. Stay for tea and treats, have a conversation, meet others in the room – or simply sit quietly for a while longer.
A Sunday morning for deep winter rest, quiet restoration and remembering that stillness has its own purpose.
10am–12pm
Seagrave Memorial Hall, Green Lane, Seagrave LE12 7LU
Tea and treats included.
