Hi Kat, hope you are well.

Introducing the beautiful little Beatrix Sunshine.  She arrived at 10am Tuesday, 08 Jan, weighing 3.1kg.

Didn’t make it into our birth pool (even though was set up and full!) so relied on breathing techniques alone.

Am convinced that hypnobirthing gave us the positive mindset before, during and after Bea was born to deal with everything in a relaxed and positive manner.  She is certainly a very content so I reckon some if it has been passed onto her!
