Hi everyone,

I had my little girl on Saturday 23rd at Homerton. She was a whopping 9lbs11oz and came very, very quickly. Lucky she was a week early eh! There was barely time for any hypnobirthing techniques, as she arrived within 20 mins of arriving at hospital.

So the birth was amazing but we had some complications afterwards which required me to use the relaxation breathing and it was amazing how helpful that was.  We are both fine now and home and happy. She’s feeding well and her big brother adores her.
