Welcome to the world Romy!!! A beautiful daughter for Alex and Dom…
“We are besotted! I can’t believe we made her – it is just extraordinary!
The labour was tough but hypnobirthing allowed us to stay at home for as long as possible which was great. Massage and hot baths really helped. I ended up having a very long labour as I just didn’t dilate. Romy was nearly whipped out by C section but I managed to have her naturally in the end…
The course really helped both Dom and I make informed decisions in hospital which was great. Particularly as everything can be so confusing and overwhelming.
Thank you for everything. It really helped & I would recommend the course to everyone.”
