We can finally (and with some delay on our side…) let you know that after a looong wait we could welcome Aileen on 15th August 🙂

Unfortunately our birth did not quite go as hoped as I caught an infection due to Aileen’s merconium in my amniotic fluid so after a long day we decided a c-section was the safest for both of us. Still ensured skin to skin and did not give in on all our hypnobirthing preferences 😉
