I’m pleased to report that Roma Nijran was born happily and safely on 23 July.

She’s brilliant and I suspect she is on course to win her first Nobel Peace Prize by the age of 17.

A month has passed very quickly, but we both (actually the three of us) just wanted to say thank you to you all for your support and guidance through May. It seems like a long time ago, but I think those sessions were invaluable.

I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. Roma’s birth was textbook. For all the other expectant parents, I can confirm that we have only positive stories about Roma’s birth and the hypnobirthing must have been vital to that. I’m sure it’ll be the same for you! I’ve been telling everyone about it!
