Hi Katrina and everyone,

Just wanted to let you know we now have a baby girl named Isabella Poppy.

We had a wonderful home birth on 31st January. We found the hypnobirthing techniques very helpful in the lead up to the birth and during labour. I was able to breathe through the surges using music, movement, the bath tub and some strange mooing noises! Darren and my mum were amazing support and though we had a birth pool she ended up coming while I was on the sofa with her hand up by her head (compound presentation!)

Thanks so much for your classes which we found engaging, interactive, empowering and essential for us to prepare for an amazing birthing experience.
