Just wanted to let you know that our little girl arrived in the early hours of yesterday ❤️ No name yet…
Another quick labour (2 hours “first stage”, 10 minutes “second stage”), another empowering experience – thank you for your help again!!
Slightly annoying aspect was, for the second time, the triage midwives thought I was far too calm to be in established labour and tried to send me home when I arrived at hospital, just like last time… (I insisted they put me in a darkened room on my own with Andy and sure enough – 15 mins later the surges were progressing very very quickly, surprise surprise!) I wish they would listen!!
Anyway all in all really happy… let’s catch up when things have settled down if you have time.. thank you for your reassurance and guidance again xxx
