Introducing baby Nathan!

He arrived last night about 6.15pm weighing in at 8lbs, 2oz. He is a little joy. It was an incredible day and fell on our wedding anniversary!

In brief I used my hypno techniques throughout even though I had stage one of the induction process. Went into “natural” labour after the prostin gel. I was so relaxed my labour was about 6 hours and v intense not needing any pain relief but the TENS.
