Hey Kat,

Just to let you know Casper was born on Monday 29th April @ 8.55am.

Sorry for delay in letting you know, a bit of a mental week – he was 3 weeks early at 37 weeks!

Birth went well, was at home for most if it then arrived at Homerton fully dilated and had him within the hour in the water.

Think the Hypno Birthing definitely helped and game us the confidence to stay at home so long!
