We gather this Sunday morning nourishing our bodies, minds and spirit with ritual, movement, meditation, sound, silence and ceremony.

This ancient seasonal celebration is the cross-quarter day that marks the mid-point in Spring. We are now half way between the Spring Equinox & the Summer Solstice.
The energy has shifted, and we take time to reflect on the themes of Beltane – creativity, joy and life bursting forth. It’s a celebration of the union of opposites – we cast off darkness and celebrate the light with movement and rest, sound and silence.
We gather on a Sunday morning to shake off any last remnants of Winter and embrace the growing light with ritual, meditation, reflection, sound bath, silence and ceremony.
