Description

Just over a week beyond the Spring Equinox, we meet again at Mountsorrel with the season well and truly turning.

The clocks have changed, daylight is expanding and there can be a noticeable shift from winter’s slower rhythm into the activity and momentum of spring.

Our Sound Bath falls on the Third Quarter Moon — midway through the moon’s journey from full to new — offering a fitting backdrop for an evening centred on spaciousness, reflection and letting things settle.

Rather than immediately rushing towards the next thing, this is an opportunity to pause within the transition.

Through guided meditation, breath and layers of therapeutic sound from gongs, singing bowls, voice and other instruments, you’ll be invited to rest deeply and reconnect with yourself.

A little breathing space amongst all that spring energy.
