Description

By late April, spring is no longer tentative.

The trees are greening, blossom is everywhere and the natural world seems to be moving with increasing energy towards May and the traditional seasonal threshold of Beltane.

Amidst all that outward movement, our April Sound Bath offers an opportunity to come back to yourself.

We meet the day before the Third Quarter Moon, during the waning half of the lunar cycle — a lovely counterpoint to the abundance and activity of the season around us.

Our evening begins by settling through breath and guided meditation before moving into an immersive journey of therapeutic sound using gongs, singing bowls, voice and other instruments.

You don’t need to clear your mind, achieve deep relaxation or have any particular experience. This is simply time set aside for you to stop doing for a while, receive the sound and notice what unfolds.
