Autumn is nature’s invitation to let go.

The trees release their leaves without resistance, the light softens, and the pace of the natural world begins to slow. It is a season that gently reminds us we don’t have to carry everything forward.

This immersive Sound Journey offers you the opportunity to pause amidst the demands of everyday life and simply rest.

Lying comfortably, you’ll be bathed in the rich, resonant sounds of therapeutic gongs, singing bowls, chimes and other carefully chosen instruments. The vibrations invite your nervous system to settle, helping you drift into a deeply restorative state where the body can relax, the mind can quieten and space opens for integration and renewal.

Sound has the remarkable ability to guide us beyond constant thinking into an altered state of awareness—somewhere between wakefulness and sleep—where profound rest, insight and healing can naturally unfold.

Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, emotionally drained, physically tired or simply in need of time to reconnect with yourself, this evening offers a chance to be held, supported and nourished by sound.

No previous experience is needed. Bring a yoga mat or comfortable padding to lie on, along with blankets, cushions and anything that helps you feel warm and cosy. Wear loose, comfortable clothing and simply allow yourself permission to receive.

As the season releases its leaves, perhaps this evening can become an opportunity for you to gently release, too.
