Description

By the end of February, we are beginning to feel the turn.

There is more daylight at either end of the day, the first signs of spring are appearing and winter is gradually loosening its hold.

Our February Sunday Evening Sound falls exactly on the Third Quarter Moon — a natural halfway point between Full and New Moon. It feels particularly fitting for this in-between season: not quite winter, not yet fully spring.

This evening is an invitation to pause within that transition.

We’ll begin by arriving through breath and guided meditation before moving into an immersive sound journey with gongs, singing bowls, voice and other therapeutic instruments.

You don’t need to make anything happen or arrive feeling calm. Simply bring yourself, get comfortable and allow the sound to meet you where you are.

A little space at the end of the weekend to rest, reset and notice what is beginning to shift.

Please bring your mat, blankets, cushions, and cosy layers, and let yourself be embraced by the sound.

When: Sunday 28th February, 7pm – 8.30pm

Where: Waltham on the Wolds Village Hall, 19 Goadby Road, Waltham on the Wolds LE14 4AG
