In response to requests from many of “my” hypnobirthing mums, I have created an oil blend specifically for perineal massage. 

The aim of perineal massage during pregnancy is to gradually soften and stretch the vagina and tissues around it ready for birth. A blend of Helianthus and Jojoba oils encourages elasticity and softening of the tissues.

Can also be used for baby massage if there’s some left when they arrive earth-side!
