THERAPEUTIC SOUND

For all Sound bookings, please note

You are responsible for your own health and wellbeing during and afterwards; in particular, please inform us before booking if you are pregnant, have tinnitus, pace-maker, metal implants from recent surgery, epilepsy, are experiencing the impact of trauma or significant mental health issues (or any other health conditions that require support).

Overnight Gong puja / Day retreats / Workshops

Payment in full is required to confirm your place. Please book online.

Refunds are available up to 14 days before the event only if a replacement can be found. No refunds will be given within 14 days.

In exceptional circumstances, if you have to cancel your booking:

  • It may be possible to transfer your place to someone else. This is entirely at the discretion of Berry & Bloom and subject to a discussion about their suitability for the event. Arranging any transfer is entirely the responsibility of the participant.

  • We may be able to re-advertise the place and if a replacement can be found a partial refund may be offered. This is at the sole discretion of Berry & Bloom. An admin fee of £25 will be payable to cover the cost of refilling the place.

If we have to cancel the event, due to exceptional circumstances, we will transfer your date or provide a full refund, as you prefer (at no cost to you).

Corporate Sound / Retreat guest facilitator

A 30% non-refundable deposit secures your booking, the balance is due on the date of the event.

If I have to cancel the session due to exceptional circumstances I will transfer your date or provide a full refund, as you prefer (at no cost to you).

Community Sound / Wheel of the Year / Acu-Gong circles

Payment is required to confirm your booking, please use the online shop.

Tickets are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend an event you have booked for, you are welcome to transfer your ticket to another person if you wish, please advise Berry & Bloom of any change (including their email address) and ensure they have the information emailed to you.

If you are unable to re-gift your place, let me know. If I am able to fill it I am happy to offer you a transfer to another event.

Private 1:1 Sound Healing

To confirm your booking we require payment in full and completion of an online health form.

Transfers are available up to 48 hours before the session. If you cancel within 48 hours, 50% of the fee is due, within 24 hours 100% of the fee is due.

If the health form and payment are not received within 48 hours of your session we may offer your slot to someone else. We require time to review your information and make sure we are prepared for your needs.

If we have to cancel the session due to exceptional circumstances we will transfer your date or provide a full refund, as you prefer (at no cost to you).

 

MINDFULNESS & HYPNOBIRTHING

Group online courses

To confirm your booking I require payment in full and completion of an online booking form.

If I have to cancel the course due to exceptional circumstances I will transfer you to another course or provide a full refund, as you prefer (at no cost to you).

 

PRIVATE HYPNOTHERAPY

Payment is due by Bank Transfer in advance of sessions or cash on the day.

Transfers are available up to 48 hours before the session. If you cancel within 48 hours, 50% of the fee is due, within 24 hours 100% of the fee is due.
