We must now accept that Winter is here and, just as nature is doing, retreat inwards and embrace the darker and colder months ahead. We can all learn so much from this time of year,  take inspiration from nature to surrender and retreat within for rest and regeneration.

Let the magical frequencies of the singing bowls, gongs, chimes and percussion guide you within to connect to your inner world, into the stillness, the quiet and all the mysteries and magic you contain.

Come and join me for a Sunday morning of restorative therapeutic Sound followed by warming spiced tea and cake.

We will tune into the energy of the season and cosy up to be bathed in the soothing frequencies of Himalayan and quartz crystal singing bowls, planetary tuned gongs, chimes, drum and various therapeutic percussive instruments. After a full sound bath experience we will share Immuni-Tea (the spiced tea I share each winter well known for it’s anti-viral, immunity boosting properties) and cake before emerging feeling restored and refreshed ready to enjoy the rest of your Sunday!
