Winter calls us to pause, to come inside, to cultivate warmth, and to rest – inside our homes and inside our own self.  It’s a call to balance the doing with resting and the hurrying with slowing down.

Let the magical frequencies of the singing bowls, gongs, chimes and percussion guide you within to connect to your inner world, into the stillness, the quiet and all the mysteries and magic you contain.

Come and join me for a Sunday morning of restorative therapeutic Sound followed by warming spiced tea and cake.

We will tune into the energy of the season and cosy up to be bathed in the soothing frequencies of Himalayan and quartz crystal singing bowls, planetary tuned gongs, chimes, drum and various therapeutic percussive instruments. After a full sound bath experience we will share Immuni-Tea (the spiced tea I share each winter well known for it’s anti-viral, immunity boosting properties) and cake before emerging feeling restored and refreshed ready to enjoy the rest of your Sunday!
