Join me for a full sound bath experience and allow the therapeutic frequencies of planetary tuned gongs, quartz crystal and Himalayan singing bowls, chimes and various percussion instruments to lull you into an expansive, restful state, emerging refreshed and rejuvenated.

The harmonic vibrations produced by therapeutic sound are intended to stimulate alpha and theta brain waves which resonate and trigger the deep meditative state of the brain in a way that stimulates healing. When experienced regularly, sound bathing can have profound health benefits.

Please bring a yoga mat, cushion / pillow, blanket, eye mask, anything you need to help you be super comfy on the ground.

Please note: Tickets are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend an event you have booked for, you are welcome to transfer your ticket to another person if you wish, please advise me of any change (including their email address) and ensure they have the information emailed to you.

If you are unable to re-gift your place, let me know. If I am able to fill it I am happy to offer you a transfer to another event.
