Gathering in the Heart
£30.00
Harvesting the spirit of autumn, we gather in gratitude, energising the heart centre with an evening retreat sure to relax and restore you.
Set in the magical Nanpantan Hall and grounds, our sanctuary of sound and aroma is a feast for the senses.
Leave the every day behind as you wander through the woodland, find solace in the dell, walk the labyrinth or simply sit in the Victorian terraced gardens which overlook the Woodhouse Valley. We will gather in the drawing rooms of the magnificent hall for a restorative sound bath soaking in the frequencies of gongs, singing bowls, chimes and percussion before emerging into the autumnal evening.
An aromatherapy blend will be created especially for the evening and you will receive a rollerball wand you can carry with you to tune into the calm comfort of the evening long after you leave.

Description
Come and join me for an evening of sound, aromatherapy and nature at Nanpantan Hall.
The large Victorian house is private and peaceful with picturesque views, set in over 16 acres of charming Leicestershire countryside in the heart of the National Forest. You are welcome to begin your evening by exploring Nanpantan’s delightful woodland estate before we gather for a sound bath in the house. There are several walks, a hidden dell ideal for quiet contemplation, a labyrinth and beautiful garden with far reaching picturesque views of the countryside.
We will gather for the sound bath held in the spacious drawing rooms in the house.
Weaving guided meditation and the frequencies of planetary tuned gongs, Himalayan and quartz crystal singing bowls, chimes and percussion we will sink into deep rest and emerge feeling restored. There will be grounding, energising snacks available and a specially curated goodie bag with an aromatherapy blend created for the season so you can tune into the restorative energy of the evening long after you leave.
